Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery if items meet eligibility criteria.
✅ Eligibility
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Must remain in original packaging with tags attached
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- LYNQGear is not liable for any loss or damage to items during return transit
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, LYNQGear covers return shipping and provides a replacement

🔁 Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or style, return the original item for approval and place a new order once approved.
🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU orders, you may cancel or return a purchase within 14 days. Items must meet return condition standards.
💰 Refunds
- Refunds are issued as store credit or exchanges; cash refunds are not provided
- Once a return is received and inspected, LYNQGear will notify you
- If approved, store credit is issued within 10 business days
