Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery if items meet eligibility criteria.


Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Must remain in original packaging with tags attached
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

To initiate a return, email lynqgear@gmail.com with your order number. Approved returns will receive instructions for shipping.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • LYNQGear is not liable for any loss or damage to items during return transit  
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, LYNQGear covers return shipping and provides a replacement

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Limited edition or custom gear
  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or style, return the original item for approval and place a new order once approved.


🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU orders, you may cancel or return a purchase within 14 days. Items must meet return condition standards.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or exchanges; cash refunds are not provided
  • Once a return is received and inspected, LYNQGear will notify you
  • If approved, store credit is issued within 10 business days
